Friends of SaltireFoundation

Supporting Scotland's emerging business talent

Lynsey Small

How would you like to contribute to Scotland's future economic achievement and help to improve Scotland's standing in the international business arena?

The SaltireFoundation is a unique Scottish charity that provides exciting new opportunities for outstanding individuals in Scotland. We help talented businesspeople to realise their full potential and inspire them to seek success on a global level.

We run two programs to build new business connections for Scotland:

  • Undergraduate Internship Program - Selected students from Scottish universities spend eight weeks working with some of the world's leading multinational companies at the very highest level, developing vital business skills they will later take back to Scotland.
  • The SaltireFoundation Fellowship Program - A unique combination of academic study at the prestigious Babson College, in Massachusetts, and practical work placements with top-flight businesses, our 12-month Fellowship Program will create a steady stream of dedicated entrepreneurs returning to Scotland every year.

Whatever your association with Scotland, whether you have Scottish ancestry, relatives in Scotland or just a deep affinity with the country itself, by making a donation to the Friends of SaltireFoundation you'll be helping to secure a more prosperous future for Scotland and its people.

How you can help

The SaltireFoundation relies on the support and contributions of businesses, organizations and sympathetic individuals to continue its work. To find out how you can donate to the Friends of SaltireFoundation , visit our how to make a gift page.

We also require host companies in the US and overseas for future Undergraduate Internships and Fellowship placements. If you feel your company is suitable and you would like to participate in our work, please get in touch via our contact page.
