Digitonic, a new Scottish marketing agency founded by Saltire Foundation Alum Iain Wilcox and business partner Grant Fraser have beat off stiff competition to land an international contract from offshore contact centre Servecalls.
Having just completed their first quarter trading, Servecalls is Digitonic's first international client complementing their already impressive domestic portfolio. Such rapid growth is something that Iain puts down to Digitonic's unique positioning in the market.
"We are a friendly strategic marketing agency with a passion for delivering measurable results for clients within a wide variety of industries. Unlike many consultancies, we don't simply write a report and submit our invoice - instead we take on long haul, deep dive projects where we work in-house with our clients to make sure they have full visibility of the work that we do. It's a very intensive set-up, but one that we feel the client gets the most out of. And at end of the day, the client is all that matters to us. We're thrilled to be operating internationally so early on in our development. Our rapid progress is a clear testament to the complimentary skill sets of the management team. The last few months have passed by so quickly, but every moment has been thoroughly enjoyable" says Iain.
Sandy Kennedy, CEO of the Saltire Foundation adds, "It is terrific to see what Iain and Grant have achieved in such a short time. I am delighted that The Saltire Foundation has played its part and I am sure there are many more successes to come."
