The SaltireFoundation is a unique Scottish charity that provides exciting new opportunities for outstanding individuals in Scotland. We help talented business people to realise their full potential and inspire them to seek success on a global level.

We run two programs to build new business connections for Scotland:

• Undergraduate Internship Program - Selected students from Scottish universities spend eight weeks working with some of the world's leading multinational companies at the very highest level, developing vital business skills they will later take back to Scotland.
• The SaltireFoundation Fellowship Program - A unique combination of academic study at the prestigious Babson College, in Massachusetts, and practical work placements with top-flight businesses, our 12-month Fellowship Program will create a steady stream of dedicated entrepreneurs returning to Scotland every year.
