Steve graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Management, winning two prestigious awards for finishing top of the class in both Honours years. Academic success quickly translated into the workplace at The Bridge where Steve experienced a rapid rise up the advertising agency ranks and was appointed as the agency's youngest ever Account Director at 25 years old.
He subsequently spearheaded the account team on major national clients in a variety of sectors including social marketing, food and drink, and sports marketing. In 2009, Steve also led new business development and despite a challenging economic climate delivered a hat-trick of wins. His dream and ambition is to be part of an army of entrepreneurs that helps regenerate Scotland - to the extent that it is once again renowned as an energetic, speculative and inventive country.
